Lovely stay in charvil

Liked: They sell my favourite beer coors, as not very many places sell it. The staff were very friendly as always and there is always a nice atmosphere.
Disliked: There was a very strong smell from the gents toilets in the bar area, maybe they need some more toilet blocks for the urinals. We only had one pillow each.

Excellent value for money

Liked: Room was larger than expected, comfortable bed and clean throughout. Welcoming friendly staff and a good breakfast. Very good value for money and enough for a two night stay.
Disliked: Decor and room furniture was a bit tired / old fashioned and could use some modernisation, however is was all clean and functional

Liked: Location and you can eat and drink there.
Disliked: Rooms dated and too warm. No air con or fan. Website says that the kitchen is open at 7am for breakfast. We left at 7.45 and still closed. That is disappointing. Food is cheap and ok but lack of healthy choices. Perhaps too complicated

Disliked: The rooms need upgrading , poor ventilation , toilet didn’t flush . Shower head was like a sharp blade . Not enough plug sockets
