Helpful staff at a could...

Liked: I thought I had breakfast included but they don't do breakfast. I didn't realise at booking that I would be underground. There are no lifts. Very tight space in the room and bathroom. No fridge (but the staff did let me keep milk in the staff fridge for my cereal in the mornings). I struggled down the stairs with my suitcase but when I was ready to leave i asked the guy at the front desk if he could help me with my luggage and he carried it up the stairs inside and down the stairs outside for me. The bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned and to that point the previous guests razor cap was still sitting in the shower.
Disliked: Fridge in rooms can be very helpful, like for when people have medications that needs to be refrigerated

Liked: The location is great.Near to tram station to move around places.There is near supermarket.Close to everything.The room is perfectly clean.Mira the staff in reception is amazing, very friendly, kind and professional.

Liked: Great Location, - Easy to reach from Schiphol via bus - Good Communication for check-in - Bars and restaurants right outside your door - Great Shower - Comfortable beds!!
Disliked: A little costly, but you are paying for the great location.

Liked: The location is brilliant and lively. Easy access to trams and within walking distance of the big art galleries. The check in and check out process was so easy! The hotel is funky and is conveniently laid out across 3 properties adjacent to each other.
Disliked: The room was overall clean and hygienic, however the bedsheets were stained mildly with blood and other larger splotches. The toilet had plumbing issues which created unpleasant smells.
