Liked: the staff, honestly. we hadn't realized our train would be rolling in a few hours after the check-in time until the night before. I emailed inquiring about our mishap and they were more than happy to accommodate.
Disliked: I have no qualms here! 12 minutes made for a stressful fast-walk through some back streets that probably would have been quite scenic if it wasn't nearly midnight --but that certainly wasn't on them.
