Liked: Room was small but clean, and quieter outside than expected, given proximity to airport and highway traffic. I think the large double-windows helped. We were permitted to check in a bit early because our flight had been cancelled and we had to stay an additional night in CDMX, which we appreciated. The space was constantly being wiped down by female cleaners and kept tidy. Cool artwork on the walls throughout. Front desk staff were kind, despite the language barriers. Fun view of the airport from the room. Was very easy to walk to Terminal 1 over the pedestrian bridge and we didn't need the shuttle because our luggage was missing. Easy to explore surrounding neighbourhood on foot.
Disliked: It wasn't possible to adjust the tap in the bathroom sink, so water was a lukewarm temperature, regardless. The AC unit (or some kind of internal air system) kept going on and off every minute, all throughout the night, and it was LOUD when it would kick in / out. Bed was well made, large, and clean, but not particularly comfy and pillows were fairly useless and tiny in comparison to the pillow cases. No bar fridge in the room.
