Liked: Location and the reception area
Disliked: Fridge was very noisy and dripping. Bed squeaked a lot. The bathroom had tiles on the floor which made it rather cold.

Liked: The room size was great. It was clean.
Disliked: The hot tub wasn’t very hot and it was a little strange having it in the parking lot.

Great hotel with fantastic lobby

Liked: The Waypoint is great, and we particularly like the lobby, which has a cozy fireplace and microbrews. The vibe is great, and the location is close to downtown and nicely walkable. We've stayed there twice and been impressed both times.

Exceptional

Liked: Cleanliness, coziness, room temperature, decor and spaciousness. I also really liked that the parking lot was so close to the rooms but also a bit off from the main road. It made it easy to load and unload. The staff also was able to accommodate our request for a ground floor room
Disliked: Ventilation inside of room could have been a bit better.
