Pleasant

Liked: The location is ideal. The garden rooms are very nice. The food , once it finally arrived, was good. The staff were mostly very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was very limited. Only two cereals available, no fresh fruit, only prunes or grapefruit. No orange juice on one morning. Although Weetabix was listed on the menu, none were available. We ate in the restaurant in the evening on two occasions. The food we chose was not available. No lasagne, no fishcakes, neither was the special for the day on offer. No bread and butter pudding, no custard. We also had to wait for a very long time for the food to arrive. When we mentioned our dissatisfaction to the person who we assumed is the manager, he wasn't overly concerned. He just told us it would be better the next time! My sister had cold water for her shower on four mornings. We also struggled to find somewhere to play cards in the evening. On two nights there were no hot drinks available as the machine had broken. However, surely the staff could boil a kettle? This was our third visit to the Wayford Bridge hotel and we had never had a problem before. We will not be going back for a fourth visit.

Disliked: Table wer all sticky and carpets wer filffy a hover want go a miss staff wer rude not all off with though would never stay again and ther wasn't any hot water between 2 and 5 witch they should stait this on ther Web site never heard anything so ridiculous so wen your serving food hoe can staff wash ther hands and wen people go to the toilet and wen spoke to staff about wer rude about wen you bean travelling in the heat you wNt a shower we wer going out at t still o for water so had to have a freezing cold shower

Liked: Roomy bedroom comfy bed good bathroom Dinner was very tasty & breakfast also good We were in the garden rooms
Disliked: The hotel was a bit tired so could do with updating but was quite comfortable
