Liked: The room was in good condition and well stocked
Disliked: The front desk was out of water for 2 days in a row so we had to go to stop and shop for water. The restaurant service was absolutely horrible, we were there for 45 minutes and never got food. We left and went downtown

Liked: Breakfast not included but we purchased breakfast separately. It was very good. Room was good and plenty of on-site parking. Easy to find the hotel from the interstate.
Disliked: Menu selection for dinner was very limited, so we ate out. Hotel was being updated. The new decor may not be to everyone's taste.

Liked: Decor was gorgeous.
Disliked: Customer Service was lacking and the training of the staff needs to be addressed. Beds were horrible, please invest in good mattresses.

Liked: Pleasantly surprised with this cute little hotel. The beachy vibe was refreshing.
Disliked: The only thing that wasn’t that great was the women who checked us out. She was very unpleasant and we left with that mood. But other than that the place was nice.

Liked: Air conditioning in our room didn’t work. Thin walls and yapping dog all night.
Disliked: Thin walls. AC in room didn’t work.
