Liked: Having the Netflix was nice and bed was comfortable and the spa bath was amazing
Disliked: We were locked out and went able to re enter when it was late at night and had to call the staff as well as trying to find the number to call them for after hours

Disliked: * The door locking system - I understand this may be a cost factor, but doors that unlock by using the last four digits of your phone number is terrible and if someone can get hold of that information then your room can be accessed* Running out of hot water - This is the first time I have ever encountered this at a hotel/motel. We paid for a deluxe king suite with a spa bath and had to wait 45 mins until the water had heated up before being able to enjoy it* Very small, picky things like... 1. The kitchen tap in room 12 was loose and hard to use 2. No extractor fan in the bathroom (unless I couldn't find it) made going no.2 an absolute nightmare3. Wrong details in welcome booklet. Had to ring management about no hot water, and it was answered by an old employee4. If you do happen to use the sofa bed in room 12, it is terribly uncomfortable. The metal bar is very prominent and suits a very small child no older than 5 years of age

Spa bath is a must.

Liked: I really enjoyed the spa bath was so realxing. Would definetly recommend.
Disliked: I did notice that on the kitchen bench there was alot of ants, but besides that it was really good.
