A tranquil treat.

Liked: High quality facilities adjacent to the river and foot ferry to the Nature Reserve. Very tranquil setting with sunny deck and free use of heated swimming pool.

Liked: Lovely room very comfortable large bed very clean.
Disliked: The heating played up both nights the first night we called the out of hours team he wasn’t very pleasant not a nice attitude so second night didn’t bother calling him again

Disliked: No milk in room for hot drink just coffee and tea could have been an oversight also first place I have Bern were there is no soap dispenser to wash your hands would expect that in self catering would have Bern handy to know as didn’t bring handwash maybe a trivial comment but had shower gel used that
