Food good location good hotel...

Liked: Location was good for us
Disliked: No shower as such had to have a sit down shower in the bath and for a 6ft 2 inch bloke was nog really comfortable

Love staying here.lovely location food...

Everything excellent except for dinner...

Liked: Location, room and staff excellent. Breakfast good.
Disliked: Dinner menu tried unsuccesfully enhance basic items. Failed miserably in lack of taste and over cooked food. Suggest they need a new, better dinner chef.

Disliked: Can't think of anything apart from the room was a little too warm

Nice hotel with pretty location....

Liked: The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. Parking on site was very useful and the location by the river was great.
Disliked: Our bedroom was on the top floor and was quite hot and stuffy. We could open the window(s) but not very wide, and there was an air conditioning unit on the roof outside our room, which was very noisy. We had an electric fan that we could use, but that was also too noisy to have on while sleeping. Preference wise I should have gone for a room with a king size bed rather than a double, but can't remember if there was a choice or not.

A pleasant stay to celebrate...

Disliked: Our room 8 had the most extraordinary bath shower arrangement… shower rail no curtain and a meter long shower head… within the bath so obviously only a bath was comfortable which I didn’t want! I wanted a quick shower to arrive at my appointed booking on time! I showered bent double which soaked the floor that became like an ice rink, so dangerous as i then discovered … I would not take this room again!

Excellent in all respects.

Liked: Excellent breakfast in restaurant overlooking river. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very nice room.
