Liked: The rooms were nice and the beds are comfy.
Disliked: Upon check in, we were barely greeted. Later on we realized we were supposed to get a welcome drink. When we went back they said they were out and they were getting more, when we circled back they still didn’t have any so we dropped it. The next day we went to the swim up bar and were not greeted. The bartender seemed to be annoyed with having to serve us and said do you know what you want? The bagel place attached to the hotel had no one there on a Saturday at 10am and no bagels. Later for dinner, we went to one of the restaurants where they mentioned we could get 15p off dinner. The restaurant said that expired. The hotel comes with a hefty price tag and we excepted much better service and attention to detail. We won’t be staying again.

Liked: Friendly service. Very clean and comfortable room. Nice view of ocean. right next to Salt - a fantastic steakhouse.

A beautiful relaxing experience

Liked: Its right off the ocean had a wrap around balcony with beautiful views of ocean and sunrise
Disliked: The chairs on balcony & inside room very uncomfortable
