Really good.

Liked: Very clean and great location
Disliked: The room was a bit small for the money we paid but bed was very comfortable

Liked: The staff were lovely and helpful it was nice and close to central pier The beds were so nice and comfortable
Disliked: The coffee and tea and milk were out of date that were in the roomA little bit more info and how to order breakfast would have nice I didn’t see any menus out or anything suggesting they did breakfast untill I got home and saw it on the website

Disliked: Turned up early in the day, was walking past and asked if I could leave coat! Didn't want to check in as I new it was to early! I RUDE man spoke to me through his ring door bell with stricked words check in at 3! Not even giving me a chance to ask why I was there...Also the bed was crap, mattress was uncomfortable and pillows where a joke

Disliked: no hot water no heating, room was freezing car park fine but cars blocked us in and nobody wanted to help shower didn’t work 1 staff member friendly other was rude and has no interest in welcoming us

Disliked: I got caught in traffic on the motorway. Was only 20 minutes late from check-in time, and they didn't let us in. I had travelled over 2 hours on the motorway and had a toddler with me as well, but he did not want to understand. Treated very badly

Disliked: Booking.com took payment for two rooms 4 days before arrival, and on the day of arrival we turned up to an empty hotel IT WAS CLOSED !!!! trying to get a refund for my booking from either booking.com or the property as so far been horrendous.Be VERY careful when booking this property or chain of properties.
