Disappointing.

Liked: Friendly staff on arrival.
Disliked: Requested a twin room at point of booking as rooming with my teenage son, arrived to a double room.Spoke to reception and was assured the room would be made up as a double room, this didn’t happen, so I spent stay sleeping in the floor and letting my son have the bed.
