Disliked: Watton Vibe hotel was closed and the gate was chained closed.

Good

Liked: Accessible, gated car park during evening
Disliked: No eating facilities even though lots of dining room facilities and large kitchen. The website did say that you could purchase breakfast for a price

Liked: Parking was safe & secure

Passable

Liked: It was situated between travel points from the coast to Ely. Rooms were clean, safe parking was provided as was 24hr front desk personnel.
Disliked: The hotel, presumably converted from stables, was cold and damp with rain that came in under the door. It was too cold to use the shower. The water was not potable and breakfast was not served. Finding a halfway decent cafe for breakfast or a restaurant for dinner required a 20 min drive.

Expensive for what it was

Disliked: It was cold in the room and there was no drinking water available from the tap or provided. No information given that the gates are locked at night and how you could get in.

Pleasant stay, lovely village. Comfy...

Liked: Bed was comfy, twin room was nice having to separate sleeping areas.Desk was manned at 2am when we were able to check in (was not able to check in when we arrived at 12pm, although this was promised by phone the previous day)
Disliked: Kettle provided but water in room was labelled ‘not for drinking’Bed was touching radiator that was on full blast (In August)Staff promised early check in, was not ready on arrival.Booking states hair dryer in room, when asking at reception, was told “I’ve never seen a hair dryer”Nobody on reception at check out.
