Watson's Regency Suites

very quiet and relaxing , enjoyed ourselves

Liked: we were close to everything , we enjoyed the beach, shopping and a bit of the boardwalk too , had planned on checking out the indoor pool but unfortunately ran out of time and looking at it was all we did . I will most certainly be going back
Disliked: there were only 2 of us but we still checked out the sofa and chair beds and the were terrible BUT we still loved everything else lol my husband wanted me to write that

Paper thin walls and drastically diffetent interior from photos completely upstage a hotel in a great location.

Liked: Location is perfect. Just a block from the boardwalk and beach, you cant beat it. The indoor pool is great as well, especially in the offseason.
Disliked: The walls here are paper thin. You can hear every single word of a conversation the room next door is having. Unfortunately, the room next to us was up and loud past 3AM.The room looks nothing like the picture theyre promoting here. Its extremely dated with dirty and stained carpet throughout the room. There was a lot of wear and tear on the walls, doors, and other fixtures. Not what I envisioned when booking the room especially because of the photos being used. Not what you expect when paying nearly $400.

It was disappointing and its time for the owners to OWN UP. FIX your stuff!

Liked: The staff is friendly
Disliked: I have been coming here for years. Disappointed that the Hot Tub is no longer there. I counted 40 kids in the pool at one time took the hot tub out should have enlarged the pool. The room we were in very dated room 301 and paid top dollar for it. The electric fan on the ceiling did not work there was a black piece of tape over the switch. When I complained about it they said its the owners fault not much they could do. She said she would Find out if she could get me a discount. I am usually very happy but the nerve to offer these small rooms for the price of the bigger rooms is very greedy IMHO. I will be looking at other places from now on especially since you took the hot tub out and the couch in that 301 unit is awful.

Liked: Comfortable and roomyAn easy walk to beach, restaurants, and bike rentals. Included beach tagsFront desk was nice enough to let us leave our car in the lot until 4PM ( weekday ) on checkout day.
Disliked: Pool was like a sauna and too hot for us.

We had a very nice time staying in the Watson regency suite, the accommodations were very comfortable.

Liked: Convenient access to town and the beach/board walk. Room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: It could use some updating.

We left early because of the poor conditions and run down facility

Liked: The location was great. Close to the beach and boardwalk
Disliked: Very old and not comfortable due to not being updated for 30-40 years
