Disappointing

Disliked: Rooms and bathrooms were dirty smelled really bad when you first walk in and a bed was broken. Big roaches in the washer dryer area and unknown bugs found on the bed

A disappointment

Liked: I love staying in waterwood it’s a beautiful area
Disliked: This visit was not like the rest they were not able to give me keys I had to have maintenance let me in and if we went anywhere we had to call security and wait for them to arrive to let us back in. VERY INCONVENIENT. I was not given keys until the following afternoon around 4pm. It caused me to be delayed on plans I had for the day. Also u can tell that particular unit is not used often the toilet seat was old and wore out the bathroom shower was dirty as well as the furniture.

Disliked: EVERYTHING!!! COULDNT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE!!!!

Could have been better

Liked: House was not very clean. Many issues that were not satisfactory.
Disliked: The pool was 90+ degrees the whole trip.

Disappointed at best.

Liked: The view was nice and the resort was quiet.
Disliked: Broken furniture and appliances. Dirty laundry from the previous people. Dishes and appliances were dirty. The refrigerator was missing shelves and plastic holders for the door items. Linens were the only clean items. The bathtub and toilet looked like they hadn't been cleaned at all.

Liked: Property was very nice. Bed was not that comfortable. I will be staying again because it was quiet and pleasant.
Disliked: The garage was left open and I was there were bikes, but we were not given keys to unlock them for us to enjoy.
