It was the worse experience...

Liked: The location and conscience of everything.
Disliked: I booked a queen suite with a balcony for 1 night. Upon arriving, I couldn't check in due to smoke alarms going off and the fire department arriving. I requested another room in another building and got no response. Once I checked into my originally assigned room, I noticed there was no balcony. I was informed that there was a mix up with the room assignment and that I would need to pay an additional $10 to get a balcony. I should not have to pay for something that I already paid for through your booking site. Our room also didn’t have any towels and washcloths. Upon asking for towels and wash cloths, we were informed the hotel did not have any.

It was VERY PEACEFUL!!!

Liked: I liked everything about this property!!! Everything was very clean!! The bed and pillows were very comfortable!!!
Disliked: I was told that It takes about 2 to 3 weeks for your $100 deposit to land back on your card!!! That’s crazy to me!!

Great ad ALWAYS except for...

Liked: I always like the suites and the coffee machine in the lobby has the BEST coffee!! Also, Miss Keisha and almost all the staff I’ve encountered have been AMAZING!! With the exception of one…..
Disliked: The lady that works overnight! I don’t remember her name and I don’t want to say for sure but I think it’s JuJu….shes the darker skin lady that wears the wigs and always had the PINK wig band still on the wig! She is just down right nasty and ALWAYS has a bad attitude! I’m actually calling the corporate office on her Monday to make an official complaint. I don’t understand how she’s there when everyone else is so amazing!
