Disliked: Canceled my reservation without notice

My stay was an unpleasant...

Liked: I love the location of the property. The staff was very friendly special thanks to the reception Mrs.CARLA she did her BIG one with making sure my family needs were met to the best of her abilities. Thank you Mrs.Carla
Disliked: I didn’t like that when I did my reservations I booked a 2 bedroom suite when my family arrived I was informed that they no longer had any 2 bedrooms and only had 2 1 bedrooms available. Mind you I had 3 children and 2 adults for the 2 bedrooms. We were placed in a one bedroom suite asked for a manager no manger was available the whole weekend. I asked for extra cover and pillows for the children they had none. I had to go to wal mart to get a blow up mattress, cover , and pillows for the children. The next day Mrs.Carla made sure we were placed in a 2 bedroom suite. However that suite didn’t have any pots or pans to cook. This was a disaster trip for it to be a 5 1/2 hour drive and we were suppose to be on vacation relaxing. Checked out and still no manager was available to express my concerns about my weekend stay.Mind you we switched 3 different rooms over the weekend. This first room wasn’t clean and stains all over the couch so we moved rooms. Then we had a room that the cable or remote wasn’t working. Just a mess. I wasn’t pleased

Liked: I liked that the property because it looked and feel more like home. Very spacious and comfortable. Love the full sized kitchen and huge bathroom with laundry area. A definite plus!!

Disliked: We got there and they said they were over booked and there were no more rooms. We had to end up going some where else to get a room.
