I didn’t stay

Liked: Not what I reserved….and the bed was broke
Disliked: To small

Not flawless but the room...

Liked: Having a kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. It’s modern, good amenities.
Disliked: The rooms could be cleaner. It looked like they hadn’t cleaned the floor in a long time. The countertops were dirty. The walls and baseboards had food and other things on them. The manager and the woman under him kept telling me they were sold of all the rooms everyday and they weren’t. They don’t like you paying each day and they don’t like if you get the room too cheap. My bank processes transactions everyday so everyday I am charged incidentals again and when they release the previous night money it takes at the longest a few hours. They just took one deposit and held two more. The rooms aren’t soundproofed at all and instead of explaining this to a grumpy man below me, the hotel employees just accused us of being loud. I had to tiptoe and be careful and the guy still complained. I wish they had came to the door to listen to the non-existent noise.

I wouldn’t go back because...

Liked: Everything was clean. Nice neighbors and community. The pictures from the site most definitely matches the view in person.
Disliked: There’s so many bugs. I’ve had to stay up through the rest of the night. They told me I could check in at 1pm the latest then soon as I called back they said 3pm because I did ask did they do a early check in fee I was told no by one person then the other staff said it was a $75 early check in fee. Then checked me in at 3:20pm so I don’t think that’s fair. I had to spray a huge centipede and smaller ones and it was nets flying everywhere. Also they have these wall spiders as well I had to spray down.

Disliked: The mattress was on the floor because the bed had no rails in the master bedroom, multiple burn holes in the blanket, only one television worked out of three, microwave didn't work, top of refrigerator was filthy, no iron available, the sheets where stained, ceiling fan was very dusty, big cobwebs in living room, only two pillows on the king size beds. Management never responded to my complaints or tried to fix anything. I'm very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend anyone to stay here!!!

Disliked: It was a little funky in there… it smelled like a basement. I also saw a roach, spider, and there were gnats in the room when we arrived
