Liked: We had an awesome experience at WaterView! Kim at the front desk was so sweet and funny too. Our room was way better than expected. Great river view and a Jacuzzi that was perfect. All of the staff were friendly from the janitor to the casino personnel. The only upgrade needed would be better coffee at the casino. Overall I just cant say enough good things about this place.
Disliked: The coffee needs an upgrade.

Liked: The room had a little balcony that looked out over the river.
Disliked: The staff didn't greet us when we entered so I asked if we were in the right place. She said yes but didn't ask how she could help us so I had to ask if we could check in. She did check to see if our room was ready but didn't bother to tell us anything about the facilities. There is a cafe, a grill, and a casino attached to the hotel. However the grill is only open on weekends and I would suggest leaving the hotel instead of eating at the cafe. Very little choice on the menu and it was served in Styrofoam with plastic utensils. Enough said about that.

Liked: Property was great. Pool and facilities were very nice. Beds were super soft.

Liked: Hotel was easy to get to off the highway. There is 2 restaurant on sight , we ate at the grill. The service was fast ,friendly , and good. Hotel was a little noisy at night. Get the room facing the Mississippi River. The sun sets are beautiful.
Disliked: Bring ear plugs. This is a casino with late night gamblers coming back to their rooms.

Disliked: The lobby look way better than the rooms. The Internet was suspect and the air just would not kick in
