Liked: Wow what a perfect place to stay for a well deserved relaxed weekend away
Disliked: All staff were so helpfull and attention to detail was amazing. Nothing was a problem.Use of the pool etc was amazing and the breakfast options were fantastic. Highly recomend and ill be coming back

Started well but left disappointed

Liked: The breakfast was lovely, clean room and comfy bed.
Disliked: We only came to this hotel for the spa treatments which we were really looking forward to, only to be told on the morning of our treatment that it was cancelled and the staff had phoned in sick. Nothing was offered to compensate for this, no discount or complimentary offers. We were just told the girl it was booked in with had phoned in sick and that was it. Very very disapppoiting as that was the only reason we chose to stay here.
