Disappointment

Liked: The grounds were nice and was relaxing to walk around but other than that very disappointing for what we paid.
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed, two singles put together so for a couple it makes sleeping together unfun. Stains on the floor.Food menu was bad hardly anything we could eat. Had to pay extra to use pool which wasn't worth the money.

Liked: The hotel on the lake looks fabulous and the staff were lovely.
Disliked: It does need a bit of updating. Seems to lack investment.

It’s romantic place but not...

Disliked: The kids 8 years old 6 years old 4 years old had room 8 we have the room 21 upstairs we so worried about them I think the management needs to consider this

Disliked: Beds are terrible , staff are disconnected un helpful , smells bad in the rooms

Great hotel and spa

Liked: Spacious and well signpostedThe spa and pool set is really thought out and really nice facilities. Sadly the steam room was broken on our visit but hopefully it will be working on our next visit
