Great location. Small fixes would...

Liked: We were staying in the loft suite that is supposed to accommodate up to 6 people. Great location. Very comfortable beds. Good to have WC and wash hand basin adjacent to the upstairs part of the loft bedroom [though why not install a shower in there as well?]. Parking outside. Nice Italian restaurant downstairs.
Disliked: Why not put some hooks in bathrooms to hang towels - nowhere to hang them to dry. Also we were in a unit that allegedly could accommodate 6 people but cannot imagine how squashed that would be [although fortunately there were only 3 of us]. There was no storage nor drawers for belonging downstairs. Only very limited clothes hangers available throughout. Probably fine if staying for just 1 or 2 nights. Also some blinds or curtains at all the windows would be good so not woken up by early morning light.

Will consider to stay when...

Liked: Location, cleanness, hospitality of the staff.Thai hotel had the best mountain view location in waterton village.
Disliked: No vending machine

Liked: Our initial check in with Pat was so welcoming and he was so friendly! Loved the restaurant onsite and the quality and service beyond 100% commending both chef and waitress from 1 May 2024 (my aging brain has already lost their names!). Adored the decor and facilities/amenities in our suite! Location and area of Waterton spellbinding!
