Liked: Staff was wonderful. Even housekeeping was nice. I had a great view from my balcony. Not charged $25 a night for car parking is a plus . Close to everything

Disliked: Lack of service facilities like housekeeping, bell team. Commen areas are dirty. Rooms furnitures are old and not upkeeped.

Disliked: The noise from the bridge is disturbing. I was wondering since the hotel locked access to the balconies why they dont change to sound proof Windows and doors? The hotel is expensive enough

Disliked: Dated decor, parking area messy, very, very noisy breakfast with work being done. Poor service at breakfast, not enough staff. Nice server but errors on orders, no check up on coffee etc, with the concrete cutting being done, very bad breakfast experience all around

Liked: The location to the beach was amazing.
Disliked: It was dirty. Tables/chairs by the pool stayed dirty for hours. Room doors and furniture were dusty.
