Good

Liked: Beautiful new rooms, great location close to the beach, overall never nice space with well maintained facilities. Cute and colorful, with matching beachy vibes.
Disliked: Never once cleaned the room, even when we posted the door hanger requesting room cleaning. Had to repeatedly request new towels because new ones were never brought without direct request. The television was extremely hard to operate with no instructions.

I’ll never book a room...

Liked: Nothing. Maybe location is good.
Disliked: I booked a room at this hotel because I liked the photos, but the reality turned out to be completely different. There’s a strange smell inside and it’s very damp. I’m extremely unhappy with this room. And I can’t dry this floor.

Disliked: they are horrible people. the room was completely in different plce, you can not walk there. i get all my luggage with me and come to hotel and they send me some where else nothing to do with the hotel. they did not help and it was not within walking disatnce. when i get there, there were another hot discussion with a customer about the absance of room cleaining. When i complaint about why i am going somewhere to say while you gave me this addrees, they told me if continue to complain, they will not serve me. Rude people, you dont even how to manage anything and open a hotel in two different locations. you guys are true nightmare and no idea how to treat customers as even humans. not coming back for sure.
