Disliked: I usually don't write reviews, but I had a disappointing experience with this property due to unprofessional handling of customer complaints and refund delays.We arrived around 10 PM and were given a room with a strong, unpleasant chemical smell, which made it unbearable to stay—especially with a child. The receptionist confirmed the issue but couldn’t offer another room on-site. She mentioned one room at a nearby property but couldn’t assure its condition or provide transport.Around 10:30 PM, I requested a full refund and contacted Booking.com, but received no assistance. Exhausted, we had to book another hotel at a $100 higher cost and left around 11 PM. The receptionist had assured a smooth refund process.Despite multiple follow-ups, the refund was denied and the case was closed, with the hotel claiming no fault. I’m sharing this so others can avoid a similar experience.

Liked: We had a great stay at this hotel. We arrived around 1 a.m. and were warmly welcomed by the staff. They were polite, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. We were given a ground floor room, which was especially convenient as we were traveling with our 3-year-old daughter and needed to go in and out several times a day.The location is excellent — just a 2-minute walk to the beach. There’s a laundromat nearby, along with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops. A 24-hour Walgreens is just a minute away.The pool area was another highlight: clean and well-maintained, with lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, inflatable rings, and kickboards. Our daughter absolutely loved it!Overall, a wonderful hotel and great value for money.
