Waterside Hotel and Suites

It was short and inexpensive.

Liked: It was close to everything you need from food to personal needs it was clean but tv didn’t work and it wasn’t what the picture said it was
Disliked: It wasn’t like the picture

Liked: The location was good, one block and a half aways from the beach. Steps aways from Publix grocery store.cute shampoo dispenser, it was a nice touch
Disliked: Place could be so much better if the staff cared. Our safe was broken and NEVER replaced (even after 3 calls ) and 3 days (we had to take our passports at the beach and everywhere we went. Meanwhile they had us sign a release form if anything was stolen we could not say anything. -No coffee cups -Broken toaster -found hair on the bed (when it was supposed to be clean !!)-lady beside us had NO AC -They are supposed to come clean every 3 days BUT THEY DID NOT 6 days (no changed bedsheets no clean room - no one swept. -They say they answer the phone 24 hours for customer service but the line is not answered or busy (so we had to try and find a lady to get toilet paper and beach towels not our bets experience unfortunately but not our worse Recommendation: You ask clients not to dry our towels / bathing suits outside .. question where do we dry it?? (inside the bathroom 90% the time clothing was still wet the next day) imagine being a family of 4 with kids)

Awesome stay.

Liked: Chairs and tables outside the suite door make it comfy, also they play music while you sit and chill and also you can watch the pool right from outside your suite.

THE PERFECT OPTION FOR MIAMI...

Liked: The perfect location to stay in Miami Beach, with a huge parking lot in front, good restaurants around to go walking and the Publix store with another big parking. The pool is beautiful and clean, the rooms are big and confortable. For this price it is the best option. I will always come back to this hotel.
Disliked: Maybe you can find stupid people in the pool or kids annoying

Excellent stay in Miami Beach

Liked: We loved our stay and regretted that didn’t book more nights at this great place. The person at reception greeted us with smile. He was very welcoming and friendly. We got a very clean room with the small kitchen. All appliances were in good working condition, plates were ready for use, and cutlery was available. Huge tv was working waiting for us. In the bathroom, we got hand washing liquid, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body cream with very nice smells. Next time we go to Miami Beach we will definitely book this appointment hotel.
