Liked: A great location right on the Strand. Close to restaurants and shops. Secure undercover carpark. Very friendly and welcoming managers willing to assist. Very polite housekeeping staff.
Disliked: Poor lighting within the room.

Liked: Well I was up the back of building so not much but clean and tidy
Disliked: Well the fridge was so noisy of its heat and the shower area steamed up really bad need a exhaust fan or more ventilation in there

Disliked: Expectations of owners/management on guests doesn't match the quality of property, definitely not a 4 star, just barely a 3 star. Room in desperate need of renovation. A list of what you must do before you leave (not 4 stars, I'm not an employee) If you lose your room key, they charge $250 which is way over the top.
