Liked: Excellent value for a budget hotel

A prectical place to stay...

Liked: This is a cheap and cheerful, rather old fashioned hotel, some distance from the shops and harbour but close to the sea, although set back from the busy road. My single room was basic but fine, comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: Nothing. Although someone else may regret the lack of a restaurant (There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes walk)

Mediocre, would not stay again...

Liked: It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Hot shower.
Disliked: No shower matt. Room was smaller than the pictures indicated. No bedside lamp. Electric heater provided. Roof in the foyer leaks. The bar is not open unless you ask. TV remote needs replacing.

Brilliant

Liked: Waters edge is our go to home from home , we have stayed here more times than I can remember. We are always very happy with the room , the hotel is very clean , warm and comfortable.Lovely friendly owner and staff that are always happy to help with anything .Perfect location with fantastic views .The main door is locked by 11pm for security to keep everyone safe in their beds at night. Highly recommended we look forward to returning in a couple of months.
