Disliked: Walls so thin could hear everything from next door,on arrival could hear next door having sex I immediately checked out.

Exceptional

Lovely clean and friendly hotel.

Liked: The cleanliness of the hotel and room were excellent. The room had all the expected amenities.The price of the Accommodation was good value.
Disliked: The lack of a floor towel for the bathroom The single bed could have been a little wider. However, it was comfortable.

Perfect

Liked: Perfect in every possible way as always, I have lost count of the amount of times we have stayed at the Waters edge perfect location, very clean and comfortable. Lovely front garden with seating in the spring/ summertime. The hotel is situated on the sea front, easy to walk to Paignton or into the heart of Torquay.Book up you won't be disappointed 🙂

Liked: The hotel is so close to the Train Station & it’s an easy walk into town along the sea front!The gentleman on reception was very warm & welcoming & the hotel was exceptional value!Highly recommend and would stay again.
