Facilities include a BBQ area outdoor swimming pool and a guest lounge overlooking the river. Located within easy access to all of Southern Tasmania's tourist attractions this property was fully refurbished in 2011 with new beds and carpeting. Waterfront Lodge offers clean comfortable and modern motel-style rooms featuring an LCD TV and wireless internet access. Most rooms offer a kitchenette with a microwave. Guests have access to a shared kitchen laundry facilities and free onsite parking. Basic breakfast packs are available for an additional charge of $10 per person per day on request. The staff were frendly the...

Disliked: When I applied for the room for a pet friendly unit and ticked in a box pet this was not the case. The barbecue was a disgrace eg (needing replaced )

Disappointing

Liked: It was a good location
Disliked: The room smelled when we entered and after using the spa we found the carpet in the main bedroom was wet and in further inspection we found a lot of water damage and mould, This was quite late at night as we had been out to dinner we called after hours number and were made to feel like we should have done something about it sooner but we had been out,we were told it had never happened before but the mould and water damage said otherwise we were then told we would be upgraded to another room but it wasn’t a upgrade other than it was cleaner and had no mould I wasn’t offered and discount nothing
