We were very happy apart...

Liked: We thought the welcome pack was very good. It was clean and comfy, and we liked it being away from the town centre
Disliked: I could have done with a thicker duvet. I wasn't too warm.in bed . But otherwise it was fine.

Superb

Liked: Fantastic location and great room. Very comfortable. Nice view and nice to find a few snacks and breakfast left in the room.
Disliked: Wasn't too impressed the cleaning staff entered my room before check out when I was just coming out of the shower.

Poor overall would not return...

Disliked: Asked for invoice still waiting 2 days after I have left

Excellent room with easy access...

Liked: The room was quiet and comfortable. The bed was comfy. Cleanliness was good. Shower pressure excellent. Clean towels. The welcome pack was extensive. It was close to Fort William high street, very handy.
Disliked: The room was upstairs in an office block in an industrial estate. There were no staff and it took me a while to figure out the key safes. I didn’t feel as secure as I would have in a staffed place, especially as a solo traveller. Suggestion: Room was very hot and a fan would have been useful.

Great location, aged building

Liked: Great location with amazing view of the loch and close to walks and supermarkets. Provided snacks and access to streaming services in room. Self check in was very easy and convenient.
Disliked: Building was a bit aged and could do with a touch up and the walls were very thin, you can easily hear the people in the room next door. They provided earplugs in your room.
