Disliked: Bedbugs on my bed.. found 4 of them and bed the head of my bed was fecal matter from them little guess.. complained to desk clerk whom offered us another room.. why wouldminwant to get another room when the one I had had bugs and could have travelled with us to the other room or perhaps even have bugs there also they those things travel up and I was on the top floor? We had to take a Uber to go home cause there were no go bus or train passed 11:30pm.. I called to speak with the service / manager and had to wait till after July 1st cause was a holiday. Then I left multiple messages for her to call me back to get my 2 night stay money back as it cause me to have a panick attack...I suffer from general anxi disorder and panick attack and asthma.. didn't have my med with me then. Got home had to empty all.my stuff outside and put everything in a bag with big spray in case some of the bugs travelled with us. I tell u getting home ($100 later) at 12:30am and having to domall that before getting in the house to get showered and take my meds was not something I wish on anyone. We are never going there again. They used to be our to tomplace 5 years ago but not now... No more. I asked for my money back and still no ans from that manager after multiple messages and waiting over 9 hours for a call back cause even though I was transfered to her( by the way the exit isn't a good one) and getting the answering machine each time she still has yet to call meback and I left my number about 3 times each time I called with all detailes and set it for rush / important message.. I best be getting money back. Over $400 for not being able to stay even one night.... My stress level and anxiety causing my panick attack I had to put up with for almost 2 hours before getting my meds to hit me.. I will.keep.on calling until I get and or I'll take other measures. Just so u understand. The first one I found I panicked and killed it..
