Disliked: Food was terrible. No one to help you with bags, no room cleaning daily or refresh toiletries eg. Toilet paper! Terrible TV. No streaming. No Netflix etc. No guide.

Our stay was fine.

Liked: I left a message with one of the call options (calling the hotel), and that person did return my call.I liked when I got there before check in, they accommodated us.I liked that when I called about the AC not working in our room, that someone came and fixed it quickly.
Disliked: Trying to call the hotel and get through by phone was quite difficult.Didn't realize there was free Wifi, no one told us at front desk.Parking was almost impossible. I found the last spot, luckily. It's not dedicated for hotel only. Breakfast finished too early 930am; missed it. Weekdays are 930. 10am would have been better.Room on 2nd floor overlooked another roof/HVAC units, no view.No black-out curtains.Hotel does seem a bit dated.
