Liked: Perfect location with tons of entertainment within walking distance in surrounding area. Staff is superb and very accommodating. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is fantastic!

Love this hotel, but see...

Liked: I love the waterfront location and easy parking and check-in. The staff are great and the included breakfast is quite good. If you have a “park view” you can see Lake Ontario from your room and that is also the quiet side. The pool area is nice too.
Disliked: Although I was assured the pool was heated it wasn’t. Everyone there that day made the same comments about it being freezing. There is no hot tub. The floors in the changing area are extremely slippery when wet. Should be coated with some kind of non-slip surface. The site said “king pillow-top mattress” which was not correct. It was one of the hardest hotel beds I’ve ever encountered. Should add some mattress toppers or at least make them available on request. I was told they didn’t have any when I made my request.
