Staff and locatiob

Liked: Staff and location were excellent.
Disliked: Third time using hotel, still no internet. Was told hotel had been sold but was not in yet..Room had peeling paint on wall by bed. Bathroom ceiling was falling apart, hallway had ceiling damage from water leak in the past. Door was extremely hard to close and bathroom shower wall had hair stuck to it...

Exceptional

Liked: The location.

Decent hotel in a great...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location. It has a great view of the river behind it. It was optimal to the work we were doing in the area. Restaurant across the street was great and convenient. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel is older. Which was fine. But the water smelled and tasted terrible. Probably old pipes? The bed we were in was hard as a rock.

Over priced

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: They do not have WiFi which we needed for summer school. The property is sold and the developer takes ownership in September. No maintenance being done. Our bathroom ceiling was peeling really bad. Daughter’s air conditioning worked on and off in 90 degree weather. Shower is for someone under 5 feet tall. There were no vacancies yet the parking lot only had 8 cars in it at night for a 20 room hotel. My guess is there are rooms that are trashed and not renting them out.
