Liked: Very well equipped apartments in a nice quiet location near Ullswater lake, staff was very helpful when I needed to amend my booking beforehand.
Disliked: Could have been given more than one toiler paper roll for a 3 night stay, other than that great

Liked: it was very clean in a good location with everything that we need to have a lovely time.
Disliked: times for check in and check out check in only 30m 9:00 to 9:30am check out only 1h from 4pm to 5pm. I think should be a bit more flexible times.

Perfect getaway for a group...

Liked: Beautifully maintained mansion house with modern fixtures and fittings in the apartment. Overlooking the garden at the back and a lovely view of Ullswater lake and the surrounding hills
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Tranquil Break that was needed...

Liked: The views, the quietness, the path into Pooley Bridge, the attentive lambs under the oak tree. The apartment feel whilst in a bigger, very well kept estate.
Disliked: No food available on site was a little disappointing but understandable. Not enough loo roll : - 0 The mirror in the bedroom being right behing the (ever slamming,) chained firedoor.

Superb

Liked: The place was breath taken. The pod was even better than expected, you have all sorts of crockery to cook and was spotless. The walk to Pooley bridge worth it. And the nature outstanding The reception has a little shop with some nice locally produced products. They left a little fresh milk bottle, coffee and tea and biscuits upon arrival, very nice extra! The glamping area is beautiful looked after.
Disliked: They only provide with one toilet roll, I think one more could’ve been useful as we stayed 4 nights.
