Waterfoot Hotel

Not good!

Disliked: The location wasn’t great as it is in the university. We were given a room that had wet carpet and furniture in the bathroom. It smelled mildewed. Then we were given the only other room which was a mobility room with an open bathroom and cords for the lights etc hanging over the bed. The carpet was awful and the room wasn’t great at all.

The hotel suited our need...

Liked: The breakfast and food was excellent. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly.
Disliked: Our room was very dated. The mattress was springy and not a lot of cushion.

Disliked: The first room we were assigned was dirty. Hair in shower drain. Dust everywhere. Black mold from condensation on Upvc frames.

Good value, great breakfast and...

Liked: Comfortable room, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and staff were lovely. Plenty parking spaces. Good value overnight stay.
Disliked: Stairs from car park to reception with luggage wasn’t great.

Liked: Bed was comfy breakfast was really good and staff were so friendly and polite
Disliked: Stayed in hotel a few times and it's needing a bit of attention in the corridors etc
