Liked: Staff very accommodating! Great location.
Disliked: Spa tubs seemed louder then normal and we couldn't adjust the jets. Fireplace was nice but you couldn't regulate temperature would get really hot in the room. No instructions on how to use TV remote to access channels. Had to pay extra for overnight parking $19 plus tax??

Disliked: Was disappointed that the hotel restaurant added an additional 4% charge to the bill. When we asked the waitress what the charge was for, she didn't know and said it was something that the hotel added. It would have been nice to know before we ordered.

Dirty, unfriendly staff. Good view and thats all youre gonna get.

Disliked: It was so dirty. I would never stay there again. We had to clean the bathroom ourselves to be able to even use it, it smelt like urine. Hair and dust everywhere. Im convinced the housekeepers dont actually clean the rooms. The PM staff were really nice, but the morning staff, Im assuming management, were rude and unfriendly. We got double charged from the hotel and booking.com and we seemed annoyed that we were even asking for clarification (like we werent valid for being concerned over an additional $220 being taken from our account)

There are better hotels in downtown Stillwater.

Disliked: The paint job was terrible and made the room look dingy. The bed was a queen, but the mattress was a double. They charge more for a private hot tub, but it was old and looked sketchy. Since its an old building, we could hear our neighbors slamming doors and walking through the hallway at all hours. Definitely not worth the price.
