Bliss.

Liked: Breakfast is amazing. Location is unfortunate, but I believe the tower was built before the surrounding area. The bar on the 11th floor was a little expensive, but the atmosphere was lovely and the staff were lovely.
Disliked: Dusty shelves in the cupboards in the bedroom.

Superb

Liked: Stunning unique building, beautifully converted into the hotel. Great rooftop bar with 360 degree views of Cologne. Spacious rooms with many windows and a view.
Disliked: Very loud fan in the en suite which can’t be turned off.
