Virtual hotel that charges guests...

Liked: Location is close to tourist areas
Disliked: No hotel consierge or hotel assistants, bell hop, etc. The only hotel employees present are the people who clean the rooms.

Great location. Older Inn, 2...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Requested to drop off suitcases early. Called in advance and was told no problem, just call day of checkin. Also requested cot/futon and they indicated possible again advising to call day of check in. Called day of check in am. Advised unable to accommodate extra bed and we could leave our bags by the employee door unlocked in lobby. I pursued and they agreed to have room ready for early check in at 12:30.

Liked: The location was excellent, and the price was pretty good. It was a necessity to have our own room and bathroom.
Disliked: The room was smaller than I expected. Based on the pictures it seems that not all rooms are the same size, and I think we got one of the smaller ones.

Beautiful hotel but more attention...

Liked: My husband and I really like that the Washington Square Inn is an old, quaint hotel. We have stayed there before and were pleased with our experience. Great location, close to a variety of restaurants and the park across the street is a bonus!
Disliked: The bath / shower fixture handle was broken and falling off of the wall which made it impossible to turn any water on at all to shower and/or bathe. After calling the number listed if help was needed, we were told to pull the faucet and turn. This proved to be virtually impossible (again) and therefore, the bath/shower was unusable for the first day and a half of our stay. My husband was forced to become very firm with "maintenance" and demand that the issue be properly fixed or for us to be placed into another room with working plumbing.

Disliked: Zero staff on site. Very convoluted system to retrieve the keys. Bathroom not connected to the bedroom. Not a soul to explain.
