Exceptional
Liked: The hotel staff was polite and welcoming. The reservations were well organized and methodical. Loved the location of the hotel. We were surrounded by upbeat restaurants and a convenient supermarket just a few meters away. The housekeeping and facilities were excellent. I enjoyed the lobby bar. They served great cocktails and wines. The large windows in the lobby allowed us to comfortably watch for our UBERS while we lounged on the couches. The reception desk was happy to answer any questions and made our stay fabulous. There was ample security in the lobby, it being graduation weekend. There was a great rooftop bar (forget the name of it) with a lovely view of the city. All in all, it was a fantastic stay.
Disliked: There's nothing i didn't like. Everything was perfect.

Great Location
Liked: The staff was amazing, and I really appreciated the level of security. The room was spacious and beautifully done. Plus, the location was perfect.
Disliked: I was very disappointed that, despite stating breakfast started at 6:30 a.m., it wasn’t actually available. I was in town for my niece’s graduation from Howard and needed to leave by 7:00 a.m. for the commencement ceremony. After waiting 20 minutes, there was nothing I would consider a proper or efficient breakfast.I had to walk to a Starbucks down the street just to get something to eat, which delayed my entire family. For a hotel of this size and at this price point, I expected a timely and sufficient breakfast. They didn’t even have basic options like peppermint tea—just one generic kind that seemed like the cheapest they could offer. There were a few muffins, but no hot food or real choices. It was disappointing, especially considering I travelled from Canada and paid a premium. I expected a much higher standard—something closer to gourmet, or at least thoughtfully prepared.
