Liked: The hotel room itself was nice. It was clean and pretty updated. However, there was not a mirror outside of the bathroom, which was annoying.
Disliked: First, the hotel overlooks a railroad intersection. In other words, there are trains coming and going all day and night..NOISY. The hotel even provides earplugs and a white noise machine to compensate. If you want a king sized bed, you will be on the train side of the hotel. Additionally, most of the employees are not friendly or helpful. The parking garage is not part of the hotel so you have to go outside to get to your car. Lastly, the hotel borders a very undesireable neighborhood. We didn't feel particularly comfortable arriving back to the hotel after dark. And there aren't many resources available in the area around the hotel (restaurants, shops, etc).

Liked: Very clean and updated facility. Staff was very friendly. Easy to check in. Will stay here again in the future
