Liked: Guest services excellent and some really good staff members. They went out their way to help and accommodate us with our requests. 1 manager in particular was amazing and it was due to him that our holiday experience was good!Morning breakfast in the lobby restaurant delicious and worth having. Staff there were very helpful .
Disliked: Very dusty behind beds and Furniture.Not enough cleaning/housekeeping staff?Trash was left outside our doors for almost 2 days!Pillows are horrible. Beds are too small for two people especially 2 adults.No connecting rooms for families. Need to have regular maintenance checks.Quite disappointed as had expected a certain standard for a Hilton.

Liked: One concierge was extremely helpful when we asked for suggestions on restaurants.
Disliked: With the exception of one person everyone we dealt with was rude, they did NOT tell us there was a $150.00 refundable security deposit or that there was not complimentary parking, WiFi,or continental breakfast. There was a pile of dirty dishes in our hallway the entire time we were there. The carpet outside of our room was wet and smelled like mold. There was a big loud blower fan trying to dry it all night which was highly annoying. Lastly, the walls are paper thin.
