Disliked: Reception. To me it seems they were Not well trained to deal with visitors from outside USA although the hotel is near Dulles Airport.I feel they are not welcoming, not respecting & no one wants to check me in for no reason (kids behavior from three ladies available at that time).

Liked: We stayed at the Washington Dulles Marriott Suites for 2 nights during a quick 3-day trip to DC, and it ended up being a fantastic choice. The location is super convenient — just a short drive to the Herndon metro station(free parking on weekends), which made getting into downtown DC really easy. Even better, the hotel is part of a strip with several good restaurants, so after a long day of sightseeing, we just had to take the elevator down and walk over for dinner. Super convenient.We booked a King Suite with breakfast included. The room was modern, very clean, and — something that doesn’t always happen — looked exactly like the photos online. It had everything we needed and felt comfortable throughout our stay.I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share our experience because we had such a pleasant stay — and especially because when I was looking up reviews before booking, I didn’t see many people mention how good the breakfast is here.The breakfast was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. It was easily one of the best we’ve had at a hotel in a long time. There was a wide variety of hot items — sausage links and patties, bacon, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, French toast — and the waffle station was already prepared (no DIY mess, which was a pleasant surprise). The fresh fruit selection was great too — pineapple, cantaloupe, strawberries, watermelon — along with the usual cereals and oats.But what really stood out was the made-to-order omelet station. Plenty of toppings to choose from, and the staff at the station were friendly and fast. It just made the morning feel a little more special.We usually visit DC once or twice a year, and honestly, we wish we had found this hotel earlier. We’ll definitely be staying here again on future trips.
