Wouldn’t come here again…

Liked: Clean, nice hotel.
Disliked: Was overcharged for breakfast. When booking was offered free breakfast with stay for 4 people - they charged my credit card without my permission for two of the four people in my party - after speaking to manager Rita - she would not refund my even though the error was on their part - don’t advertise free breakfast if it isn’t free. Disputing charge as fraudulent with my bank - sad how this was handled because otherwise it was a fine hotel.

Liked: The speedy service for Checking in and Checking out of the hotel
Disliked: There were no water bottles in the room… The toilet wasn’t cleaned properly as there were stain marks on the floor and toilet seat. Though I switched off the AC and the hotel does provide extra blanket, suggest that the blanket on the bed is thicker

Liked: It was clean and comfortable
Disliked: They offered room service however I waited for over 4 hours for my dinner and had to call 3 times and nobody ever came because they said they were too busy. There was also an incident of someone trying to come into my room and they explained it was a drunk woman who was bleeding only floor level.
