Liked: Staff were lovely - incredibly helpful and kind.
Disliked: Food and coffee were very average. But they were available almost constantly throughout the day.b

Liked: Comfortable and quiet room, overall pleasant stay
Disliked: the hotel is not close to the airport, there is a shuttle service, however neither its schedule nor exact pick up spot at the airport is not clear at all, so on arrival one feels confused

Liked: The driver of the shuttle bus was very obliging. As all the passengers on the complimentary service were using it to travel to Dulles airport and then take the shuttle bus service to the car rental area, she drove us directly there. Thank you.
