First class, highly recommend.

Liked: Breakfast was great plenty of choice, very friendly service, if in the area again in the future would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing.

Lovely staff, terrible room

Liked: Setting was lovely, staff were lovely.
Disliked: The room was tiny, and ridiculously hot, couldn't sleep till past 2 am because of the heat. Opened the tiny window but then couldn't pull the curtains, and black mould around the window. Had to rearrange furniture just to plug in the kettle, no shower, definitely wouldn't stay there again

A memorable stay.

Liked: This is a wonderful place, an 18th century country house which was formerly a private residence. Now a hotel, it has been sympathetically restored preserving the feel of a private house. Beautifully kept gardens with a lovely terrace.First class cuisine also together with an excellent breakfast with homemade bread, jam and marmaladeVery attentive and efficient service.
Disliked: Bathroom a bit on the small side.

Disliked: I didn’t like the bacon and my poached eggs were slightly

Liked: The shower was lovely, staff were nice & friendly, though didn’t look to provide service, but obliging when you approach them.
Disliked: Some strange rules, and felt everything was on ration. Only 1 small bottle of water in room when 2 guests. Very limited butter provided with breakfast, breakfast offering was skimpy but nice. Service could be better
