Disliked: There reservations system needs attention. Multiple requests for info. My booking for a twin room was ignored( something I always ask request) . staff sorted . Also the request for Dairy free and gluten free was lost /ignored/not passed onThe room , in like a basement, was very disappointing considering the price. An outside light was on all night and the cutratins did not block out all the light so we got no/very little sleep. Quite noisy too.
