Liked: It’s a beautiful property and our room was huge.

Comfortable stay.

Liked: Lovely grounds. Comfortable and nicely decorated common areas and rooms. Well and attentively staffed.
Disliked: Bedroom/ bathroom was quite old fashioned (not in a quaint way) and tired. Bedroom lighting lacked subtlety. If you don’t have a car (like me), taxis can stack up when going in and out of Lincoln (obviously not hotels fault but worth bearing in mind) .

Excellent food, very nice staff...

Liked: The dinner was excellent - so tasty and well-prepared.
Disliked: It was cold in the room and I could not adjust it. Lights in the bathroom were not bright enough.
