Liked: Nothing I did not get to stay there
Disliked: The property manager called me shortly before I was to check in and left a message saying if I did not return the call in one minute or less they’d cancel my reservation because they were going to close their front desk at 11pm. I returned the call 4 minutes later when I had enough reception to place the call and no one answered. I called again 8 minutes after they’d called and left messages both times but no one answered so I was unable to stay at this property or ever even speak to a human at this location

Liked: Staff were kind. Rooms were clean and location ideal

Not what they say

Liked: Size of apartment and separate bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living area.
Disliked: Very worn and datedDishwasher leaked water everywhere and door was bent so couldn't use itThey state it had a full kitchen yet there were only 2 mugs, 2 bowls, no toaster, no cooking utensils, no spoons, no frypan or large pot and when we asked about the items we were told they couldn't know what was in each apartment as they were used by college students. Check them!! You can't advertise you have things you don't. I had to go and buy dinnerware, a frypan, cooking utensils and a toaster. The hairdryer was a wired in wall mounted item that was still in the box in the bathroom and couldn't be used as it had to be wired into the wall permanently. The airconditioning didn't work and it was constantly hot. The wifi worked for the first day and then stopped working. There was no communication until we enquired and then suddenly workmen were in the apartment while 2 of our guests were trying to sleep post long travel drilling holes in tv units and installing things. It then consistently dropped out and didn't work every few hours. This was also the only television. The toilet seat fell off and I had to put it back on. It was a rip off and they don't look after the place or keep it updated. Stay somewhere else.

A little known jewel in...

Liked: It was a beautiful, spacious apartment. It is perfect for a family or 2 couples. Very clean and well stocked. Each suite also has a washer and dryer!
Disliked: The only thing I missed was an elevator.

A home away from home.

Liked: We cooked dinner with the stove and provided pots and pans. We ate dinner at the nice table. The bathrooms are really clean and luxurious. And a tv in every room was cool. The balcony had a dope view. Oh I forgot we washed our clothes in the washer and dryer with the provided laundry pods. We cleaned the dishes in the dishwasher. These rooms really feel like home. These are perfect if you have a family or if you're solo dolo.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was great because it was right next to the college and convenient for us. It had plenty of space so we all had our privacy when needed. The apartment was updated and looked great.
Disliked: The apartment wasn't very clean. There was dark hair all over the bathroom, including on the hygiene products and floor. At 230ish we were woken up because several people were yelling, slamming doors, and banging on the door right next to us. This lasted until about 330. There isn't overnight staff and I didn't feel safe while this was happening right outside my bedroom window.

Bad

Liked: We pay for a 3 rooms suit and they give us only one room. Then. The next day, we check out. And 3 hours later they called me because they said our thing still in the suit. We went back to the hotel, and that was when they realized that they gave us the wrong suit.I asked for the manager because the lady there was very nervous and in a bad mood, I was just looking for a way to be sure that we wouldn't have any responsibility for whatever happened in the suit that was under my name with another people there. I told her that we left Topeka that day, and she told us that. She can't do anything because it was Sunday and the manager doesn't answer calls that day. That I have to back Monday. The only problem was that I am from 6 hours of distance.
