Disliked: The bathroom door lock gets stuck multiple times, leaving us trapped inside. There is a bad smell coming from the carpet in the room. The housekeeping service does not clean properly. Despite informing the reception about this, the problem was not resolved. An amount was deducted from the deposit even though I had already paid the full amount on Booking, and an amount was still charged despite the fact that I did not use anything from the minibar in the room.In addition, they did not inform us at check-in that an amount would be deducted. It is commonly understood that such deductions are made only if the minibar is used or room service is ordered. However, at check-out, they told us that an amount would be deducted from the deposit as a city tax! I told them that I had paid everything when completing the booking, but their response was that the tax amount I paid during booking was separate from this charge.

Disliked: The lights of the room didn’t work and they told me we can’t fix it cuz it’s from the plug ( if they know the plug is damage why are they giving the room to the guests !!The bathroom of the living room is always giving a very bad smell as if someone did some thing without flushing (although we are not using it we are all it using the one in the room )I paid 1700 euro for 2 nights and the service I got was one star hotel service

Liked: Locations is perfect and the stuff are welcoming.
Disliked: The room is small, it was close to the service room and too noisy.
