Liked: Great location! We woke up each morning and had coffee in Central Park and we barely used public transportation since a lot of things were in walking distance.

All hotel staff were helpful...

Disliked: I was traveling with two elderly and mobility limited individuals. I knew a restaurant was on premises and had hoped all meals would be available. Only breakfast was available on-site.

The Warwick is really a...

Liked: Location was excellent; the room was large; the coffee machine was almost adequate; and there was not much noise. The front staff was very polite and friendly. There is a waiting area on the second floor that gave access to restrooms, a business center and a quiet area.Overall the facilities were well maintained.
Disliked: The elevators (3) were a bit slow and on the small side. Our room air conditioner was a bit wonky the first night - got up 80 degrees F. House keeping was also wonky. Over our five night stay the towel supply became smaller and smaller till we didn’t have a bath mat on a slippery floor , no washcloths, and lacked one hand towel.
