Liked: Even though the rooms are dated, they are comfortable and quiet. If you're staying midtown, and don't want to be in the thick of noisy/busy Broadway, highly recommended.

Liked: Excellent location. A comfortable hotel but one which is starting to show its age and in need of a makeover.Rooms need a spruce up. Notwithstanding this, they are large by New York standards. The hotel offers only breakfast in the restaurant (where staff are excellent and the food is of a high quality) so dining options are limited.
Disliked: The attitude on one front desk staff member.

Liked: The location was perfect to navigate easily to anywhere in the city. The staff was COMPLETELY FABULOUS! The room was SO SPACIOUS.
Disliked: It’s definitely an older property. Very clean but everything is dated. We had everything we needed though.
