Fabulous stay!!

Liked: Great location! The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was very big and also perfect for two couples. Great place to stay in Montréal!

Good location, large room and...

Liked: Great location, comfortable, large room with mini fridge, nespresso machine and microwave. Essentials traveling with a 4 year old! Friendly and helpful staff. Nice amenities. Really love that they have a sauna.
Disliked: We got in late our first night ( after midnight) and there was no valet available. The parking is very narrow, if you are not used to it, so that was the only drawback.

A beautiful hotel perfect for...

Liked: The rooms were very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. The kitchenette was very helpful as well. The pool was fabulous and comfortable. We loved the location and the front desk staff, valet, were excellent.
Disliked: While the hotel itself and the room was clean when we arrived, we found it strange that there was no service for the room when we were away. The cleaning staff always seemed to arrive when we returned for the day (late afternoon) and just asked if we needed anything. I asked for towels and brought them the trash as it was crowded to have them clean when we were in the room. It was just a bit awkward and not something I have experienced before. At one point someone came at 10 AM and asked if we wanted service and I said we would be gone in 10 minutes, and the same thing happened. They returned when we were back in the late afternoon/early evening.

Absolutely fabulous stay in the...

Liked: The property is absolutely lovely and every single staff member was exceptional and kind. Our suite was perfect for our family. A cozy sofa couch in the living room with a sliding door separating the large space to a king size bed. There is a lovely cooktop and dining nook. We ate dinner at SIAM ( on premises) and it was delicious. The pool is large and absolutely lovely and clean! I highly recommend this hotel!
Disliked: The parking was a bit expensive. Valet service was excellent, regardless.
