Liked: The room was great. I got an upgrade for a reasonable price.
Disliked: There was garbage in the floor in the room from previous guests. It was very expensive too.

Liked: Location was excellent, walking distance to all sight seeing. Hotel staff was friendly and nice. Room size is big for 2 people with 2 seperate closets. I was really satisfied with my choice.

Disliked: Room service did not clean the room. Just replaced the coffee capsules but did not put fresh towels, make the beds or clean the floor.

Pricey but tolerable

Liked: The room was large enough for 2 adults and 1 teen. The sauna was nice but the floor was constantly wet not sure why
Disliked: The room showed a lot of wear and tear. The kitchenette did not have enough dishes for 3 people despite the room being suited for 4 people. The room did not have enough towels for 3 people, nothing to wash/clean the dishes with, the mini bar & countertop space was stocked with items to purchase but no room to put your food or items in/at. The hot tub was under construction/out of order. So we looked forward to using the pool but it was difficult to be in the pool as small children were jumping in & out of the pool constantly along with splashing which is what kids do. I went at different times of the day of our 3 day stay and this was the norm. Since the pool closes at 10 pm it was hard to have access to the pool as the pool appeared to be dominated by a child/children. Maybe the hotel could provide a time for adult swimming throughout the day where children are not allowed so adults can use the pool without the fear of being jumped on or swimming into children playing.
