Well worth the price very...

Liked: Staff , comfort and location were great - nothing to fault. The spa was also very good - with very good facilities. We were really pleased with it all.
Disliked: hotel bar and restaurant were the only low points (they only have an Asian style restaurant - no lounge / bar ) apart from that everything else was excellent

Liked: Clean, comfortable and stylish. Beds were amazing. Room spacious and quiet.
Disliked: Wish they offered small snacks and quick breakfast option.

Comfortable stay

Liked: The room was very spacious, clean and they provided a lot of nice touches such as the bath salt and the exfoliator. The kitchenette is great and I loved that there was a kettle. I didn’t find any complimentary water bottles in the minibar. They also went the extra mile to surprise us with a little birthday dessert and balloons for my husband’s birthday. The amenities are great and well maintained albeit being a little outdated. The hot tub was our favourite. The lifeguards were regularly checking the pH levels and I think that’s great. The check in and check out went smoothly. Although when I received my invoice, we got charged with orange juice from the minibar. I called the hotel up to let them know that we did not take any orange juice or anything at all from the minibar. The staff refunded me right away.
Disliked: The tiles in the shower could use a deep clean. You can see grime in between the tiles. The hotel is a little outdated.

Great experience in a great...

Liked: Suite was huge. Plenty of space, including closet space. Lots of dresser drawers. Bathroom was excellent, shower was great. Suite also included a little kitchenette with sink and refrigerator.
Disliked: These were minor BUTOnly one roll of toilet paper? Come on, there should ALWAYS be two.Found it strange that there wasn't any ice machines on the floor.

Liked: Everything! The pool and hot tub were amazing, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Everyone who works there was happy and pleasant, the rooms were huge and comfortable. A junior suite was Perfect for our family of four.
Disliked: No complaints
